Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping tip: For more affordable rates, we recommend using couriers such as Yodel, InPost, or Evri.

Note: If you reside outside the United Kingdom, shipping may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must meet our standard return conditions:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
